Another Car

Yup. I'm hoping to finish a series of four vintage toy cars. The styles (of the two), unfortunately, are somewhat disparate (if I make the wheels more similar, will that fix it? Should I make the wheels more similar?) Also, I am not sure that I will use this yellow color--the original car was red, but I don't want two red cars.

Check out my flickr portfolio--for college application's art supplement. Not finished with it--I still have to fill in the descriptions and figure out titles.

I am still thinking of fonts for my concentration--with an emphasis on the pure graphic nature of fonts, challenging assumptions about their nature and use, rather than sheer typography. Challenging perceptions about the messages of different fonts as well, perhaps? I don't know exactly what angle to take on this...

Anyway, more to come.
